Naming and Shaming is prohibited in the forums.
The only thing you accomplish by doing this is to get yourself on the hunter's mark , instead of the one you want to face the consequences for intentionally feeding / verbally abusing you in-game.
So please take your time and cover every possible name in any picture you upload in your threads.
Also use the report system after the game and write a short sentence about what happened in this particular game.

Riot should make this more visible. If someone makes a retarded post about some guy they don't like they should be banned for all to see.

"Summoner name has been banned for naming and shaming" in huge bold red letters.

Funny thing is, they won't and even if they did, it woudln't work, because people ignore even sticky threads and post stupid things anyway.
