One guy today told me that I should rather pick Galio for mid since the other team got a lot of CC and he would be better against Kassadin - that would be good for draft select - but blind pick? How the heck did he know?
Edit: He was right.

It might be a hack but he might also just have know someone from the other team. I never heard about a hack that allows you to see the oponent teams picks but who knows...

someone queue dodged probably and that guy was at the same team with kassadin.it happens a lot to see players i was team with them before someone queue dodge and then have them as enemies

Most propably you will get the 8 same players.

To make it clear for You:
- I que solo and get You in my team, You say that You want mid as Kassadin.
- one dude from our team dodges que, we are back to matchmaking
- I land with a team WITHOUT You.
- There is VERY BIG chance You are on the other team, so I can assume that You will go mid as Kass so me picking somekind of counterpick would be possible.

there are must be just 2 champs on mid - caitlyn or heimer. all others are suxx vs them.
Never understand teams who thought that every champ can stay vs every champ.
