Step 1: Exit LoL and uninstall Pando Media Booster, it **** up alot of things.

Step 2: Open LoL and by the X mark there should be a wrench, click it and tick Peer to Peer download OFF.

That increased my download from 10 kbps to 250 kbps, its not normally that slow but only 250 kbps as lots of people are downloading the patch.'

EDIT: Also, you could try dling the patch on NA servers, i did then i had a 60MB file left to DL on EUNE servers, and if youre stuck at 33, 66, 99% or whatever percent, reopen LoL.

Did just the step 2: DL speed from 40 to 800kbps
