Hi summoners

Today i won a rp gift card (hurray), but i dont know how to redeem it D:
Its not a paysafecard, its a code that when i type it in, i get the RP...
But when i go to the "Code" section in the store, it says i have to go to the "Purchase RP" tab. After i do so, it says that i have to pick either card, paypal, paysafecard or mobile.
Cant i redeem this code? D:
Please i need help, want them so badly :3

I dont think gift cards work on EU but if they do go under code(top right where you purchase skins, champions) and redeem it there.

If you go to the code section in the store, you should see a black empty place. There you should be able toenter it. Did u get this at gifthulk btw?

This is a prepaid card i got from McR00sterDOTA, the youtuber (won the rp inhouse)
he is australian, and bought it there, but it should work.

When you say ticket u mean go to support and send what your problem is, thats what i've done.
