I saw many threads where people ask is it possible to get refund,and answer is yes,you can get refund on 3 items bought either with rp or ip.
To get refund this is what you need to do:

Go here:

And send ticket that contains this:

I would like refund on:
Champion/skin-price rp/ip
Champion/skin-price rp/ip
Champion/skin-price rp/ip

Server:Europe Nordic/East
Summoner name:Your summoner name(Summoner name is your name in game)
Username:Your username(username is name you use to log in)
Email Address:Your e-mail address
Server (US/EU):What serevr you play on

actually you wrong.. and i already posted how must be filled a full ticket.

Also ,include the date of Purchase,you can find it at purchase history tab.The purchase refund is made within 1 month range of the purchase from the date of your mail.Keep these in mind before posting

I send refund request about 5 days ago, and still, nothing happened ...

Refund is ONE TIME only, you can trade back up to 3 items/champions bought withing 30 days of submitting the ticket. Worked fine for me :O
