Hi guys im pretty sure some of you feel the same way that they want to give their friends in game a gift or so well mine is from poland and its his birthday and i really wanted to give him a swain + skin but im from kuwait and there is no RP cards so the only way to buy from my accout to his account and i hope riot would do something about this as its very profited for them its doesnt need to be IP only RP gifts
