I got mail (from riotgames@email.leagueoflegends.com), suggesting me create account for testing new stuff, so I clicked button in it and got redirected to login form for NA LoL site. If I login as my smurf from NA I get acces denied, creating new account direct me to the standart form for eune/na/eu new account. So where or how can I create account for PBE?
